ORDERS ARE PREPARED AND SHIPPED WITHIN THE 24 HOURS THAT FOLLOW YOUR ORDER (EXCLUDING SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS) 

Your parcel can be shipped the same day if the order is done before 12pm (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification that will inform you when your parcel is dispatched and contains its tracking number.

RETURNS ARE POSSIBLE WITHIN 14 DAYS (EXCHANGE OR REFUND)

Did you receive your order but the products are defective or the color is not the one you expected? Don’t worry, you have up to 14 days from the day you receive the parcel to request an exchange or refund. We will answer you within 24h (working days).

 

RETURNING PROCEDURE
  1.  To make a return, please fill in the Customer Service Form that you will find directly in our website. If the product is defective, we will ask you to send us a picture.
  2.  The customer will wait for an answer before returning the product.
  3.  The customer will take care of the shipping costs unless the product had a manufacturing defect or it did not correspond to what the client purchased in the first place. In these cases, the customer will receive a prepaid return voucher.

Returns and exchanges are done at the risk of the customer. The product must be returned in its carton, in its original condition, new and unworn, to the following address for all European countries except Switzerland:

If the customer does not respect these conditions, including the return and exchange conditions, unfortunately, Ferrié Paris will not be able to refund the products concerned.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

As soon as the exchange or refund of your item is done, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Exchanges are usually done within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the articles, but it mostly depends on the products’ availability. If the product you requested is not available, we will contact you.

Refunds are made within 15 days after receiving the articles, the refund will be automatically transferred to the bank account that is associated with the credit card you used to make your online payment or the PayPal account you used to make the payment.
